How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order from my accounts page by logging in to your account. Orders can be canceled only within an hour of placing it. After one hour, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 business days to cancel the order and to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Your refund will be processed soon after we cancel the order. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

How do I Log in to my account, if I haven’t created an account while ordering?

Just Click on My Account > Dashboard Tab on Menu. Then click on Lost your password?, and enter your e-mail ID which you have given while ordering and then click Reset Password. You will receive a password reset link on your e-mail. Set new password and then login from My Account Tab.

How will I get my Money Back if I have paid via Debit Card?

You need to call us on our helpline number or mail us at Once your request is registered from our end, we shall NEFT the money in your bank account as given by you from registered e-mail. The bank account details need to be provided by you on Please send us your Beneficiary name; Account Number; Bank Name, Bank Branch, IFSC code, and your mobile number.
