   Refund Policy
       

      Our official refund policy for all APT Recharge AND DESIGN COMPANY (hereafter referred to as APT Recharge) products/services is as follows:
 
    APT Recharge will replace or repair any defective product/service within 7 Days from the date of purchase.
 
 
    After 7 Days, all sales are final. Customers requesting a refund will only be assisted technically as no refund can be made during this period.
 
 
    Our first response to any complaint will be to offer technical support for the product/service. However, in a case whereby a product/service is unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, a 40-100% refund may be processed.
 
 
    Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase or if the details of the original purchase/payment can accurately provided. If the original account details cannot be provided, then purchase is not eligible for refund.
 
 
    Refunds requested from online payment with credit card can only be effected if the payment has not been made by us online. Once it has been made, the refunds cannot be made from our accounts. We can only help the customer to contact the credit card company and the person to whom the payment is made to see if any refund can be made from their end.
 
 
    Because of those who try to abuse the return policy, customers requesting a return within 7 Days of purchase may be approved by our customer service team only if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
 
 
    Money Back Request can be aplicaple within 7 days from the date of final sales.
 
 
    Our return policy shall only be implemented on the following condition without questions.
 
 
1. If what we give you is not what we advertise or propose.
2. If your services are not delivered within 3-7 days after our promised date of delivery. This date starts counting 24 hours after order placement and payment of associated bills.

Terms And Conditions


 
All website and graphic designs or developments, including logos, artwork, scripts (free or otherwise), specific graphics, flash files or any other design content that is not owned by the client will remain the property of 'APT Recharge' until such time that all monies owed are paid in full and a receipt has been issued. These files are then either presented to the client in a digital format, deleted or archived, depending on client wishes
 
Website Content (Client):
The client will agree to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to 'APT Recharge' any materials required to complete the work to an agreed standard and within a reasonable time frame, whether it be graphic artwork, photos or text content. 'APT Recharge' will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet the agreed deadlines, nor will it be liable or become involved in any disputes between the clients, owners, agents or third parties and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of those clients, owners, agents or third parties when supplying content
By placing an order with 'APT Recharge', you confirm that you agree with and will be bound by the terms and conditions
 
Order:
APT Recharge' reserve the right to refuse to work in any way with material which may be offensive, illegal or controversial, and will terminate any service should this be the case

Payment :
A deposit (50%) is required from any client before any project work is carried out. Final payment is required to be paid in full, no later than 7 days from the date of the final invoice. There are no exceptions to this, whether the client decides they no longer want the material, or any outside forces preventing the material from being placed in its intended location, where a deposit for the project work is paid the client is still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Advance paid amount is not refundable in any case.
